KV-4 Turchaninov
The first brand-new vehicle is the KV-4 Turchaninov, a Tier VIII Soviet heavy tank. The KV-4 Turchaninov stands out from other tanks in the KV-4 series due to its gun, which is optimized for close combat. It features excellent stabilization, 300 HP of damage per shot, and a reload time of 8.1 seconds, resulting in high DPM. However, the gun has mediocre accuracy, so this tank doesn’t suit the role of a sniper.
Another advantage of this vehicle is its armored turret, which lacks pronounced vulnerable zones, making it effective to play in a hull-down position.
In other respects, the tank fulfills the role of an assault heavy tank: it has a high HP value of 1,650 and good hull armor, but poor dynamic characteristics (with a top speed of 30 km/h and a reverse speed of 12 km/h).

ST-66
The second Supertest entrant of this week is the ST-66, a Tier VIII Soviet medium tank. ST-66 has impressive frontal protection: the nominal armor thickness values are 250 mm for the turret and 120 mm for the hull. The effective values are much higher, as the armor plates are angled. Due to its solid armor, the tank isn’t fast, but it has adequate mobility (the base top forward speed is 50 km/h).
The ST-66 wields a 100 mm gun that causes 300 HP of damage on average. It has a good base aiming time (2.1 seconds), and the standard and special rounds have decent armor penetration. The maximum gun depression angle isn’t stellar (–6°), which is rather typical for Soviet tanks. The base reload time is 8.2 seconds, giving the tank a respectable DPM.
